Privacy Policy — Christmas Songs

Christmas Songs (the "App") is published by Erbacci Ltd. ("we", "us"). This page explains what data the App handles, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

The App is designed to work without an account. Optional sign-in is only used for purchase restoration on a new device.

• Favorites, mixer presets, advent unlocks, game scores, onboarding flag — stored only locally on your device via Apple's AsyncStorage. Never leaves your device. Deleted on app uninstall.
• Optional account (Sign in with Apple) — if you choose to sign in to restore your Christmas Plus subscription on another device, Apple shares an anonymous identifier with Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). No email or name is requested. You can use the App fully without signing in.
• Purchase status (Christmas Plus subscription) — managed by Apple (App Store) and our payments processor RevenueCat, Inc. We receive only the entitlement state (active / inactive), not your Apple ID or payment method.

2. Data we do not collect

• No analytics SDK, no Firebase Analytics, no Google Analytics.
• No advertising IDs (IDFA), no third-party advertising network.
• No location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Christmas Plus is a monthly auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple at the price displayed in the App Store at purchase time (currently $2.99 / month or local equivalent). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings.

RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) processes the subscription state and provides us with the entitlement (active / not active). RevenueCat's own privacy policy applies to data they process on our behalf: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Firebase Authentication is provided by Google LLC and its privacy policy is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. Children

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

5. Your rights

Because we do not store personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete or export on your behalf. To delete all locally-stored data, uninstall the App.

If you used Sign in with Apple, you can revoke access at any time from Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple on your device.

To cancel a Christmas Plus subscription, open the App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Christmas Songs → Cancel Subscription.
