These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Christmas Songs application (the "App") published by Erbacci Ltd. ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard end-user license terms (the "Standard EULA" at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which apply in full. These Terms supplement that EULA; if there is a conflict, the Standard EULA prevails for matters Apple covers.
The App is free to install and offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called "Christmas Plus":
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Christmas Songs).
No refund is provided for the unused portion of a current subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or use the App in any way that violates applicable law or interferes with the App's intended operation.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and posting the new version at this URL. Continued use of the App after the update means you accept the new Terms.
