Christmas Plus subscription

What is it? A monthly auto-renewable subscription that unlocks every song, every ambience, all mini-games and the full 24-day advent calendar.

Price: $2.99 / month (USD) or the local equivalent shown in the App Store at purchase time.

How to cancel: open the App Store on your device → tap your Apple ID at the top right → Subscriptions → Christmas Songs → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.

How to restore a purchase on a new device: open the Paywall in the app and tap "Restore purchase".

Common questions

Audio doesn't play. Make sure the silent switch is off and the system volume is up. If the issue persists, force-quit and reopen the app, or restart the device.

Sleep timer didn't stop playback. Background audio sessions occasionally need foreground to stop reliably. Open the app, then re-set the timer.

I forgot to open an advent door. No problem — past days remain unlocked once you reach a later date. Tap any day you missed to open it.

I lost my favorites / mixer presets. Both are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them. We don't sync data between devices.

I want a refund. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
